Dr. Alex Awwad’s journey to chiropractic care is a testament to his great dedication to serving others. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Alex always felt drawn to the health care field. When he experienced the transformative effects of chiropractic care firsthand, he discovered his true calling.
With his patients, Dr. Alex uses a combination of Gonstead and Torque Release techniques. This versatile approach allows him to provide precise, effective care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Nicole Awwad, Office Manager
Dr. Nicole takes the role of the office manager here at City Chiropractic. Dr. Nicole graduated from Life University with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She joyfully serves along side her husband Alex as the office manager while Dr. Alex takes on the main adjusting role.
